CORNED BEEF POTATOES ONION BUTTER SALT PEPPER OLIVE OIL GREEN ONION EGGS

Step 1

Dice potatoes, onions and corned beef into similarly sized pieces. 

Step 2

Heat olive oil and butter in skillet. Add potatoes and cook UNTOUCHED for 5 minutes. 

Step 3

Add onions, garlic powder and pepper. Stir, cover and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. 

Step 4

Add corned beef and cook until warmed through. Add in green onions season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Step 5

Serve with fried eggs on top.
