Ingredients:

  • 1 15.5 ounce can Black Eyed Peas
  • 1 roma tomato diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno diced
  • 1/2 fresno pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Season to taste with more salt if needed. Serve with chips
