Lay the baguette slices in a single layer on the cookie sheet. Cook under the broiler for about 1 minute. Just until they are slightly toasted.
Once they are toasted, rub each slice with the clove of garlic. Return to the oven and broil for 1-2 more minutes or until they turn slightly brown.
Using about a teaspoon of sauce, spread sauce over the toast. Layer with cheese and then pepperoni. Repeat until all baguette slices are complete. Put under the broiler until cheese melts.
Notes
I used the middle oven rack when making these. If the slices are closer to the broiler, they will cook faster so keep an eye on them. Nutrition information for estimation purposes only.
