Who’s in the mood for some cheesy garlic bread? I’m hoping that you all are saying yes because I have one heck of a cheesy garlic bread for you. The garlic, however, is roasted and the cheese isn’t just your average cheese. No, not at all. This cheese is smoked black pepper white cheddar cheese. Do I have your attention now?

My biggest little dude woke up with a cold on Wednesday. Poor guy, I just hate when my little ones are sick. As soon as I noticed that he was sick, I decided that it was time to make a big ol’ pot of my hearty chicken noodle soup, because who doesn’t want a hot bowl of soup when you’re feeling a little under the weather? And what goes better with chicken noodle soup then some bread to dunk in the soup? Roasted Garlic and Smoked Black Pepper White Cheddar Cheese Bread, that’s what. :)

For this cheese bread, I didn’t want to use just any ol’ cheese, instead, I chose to use some Tillamook Smoked Black Pepper White Cheddar Cheese. Have you tried that cheese yet? It’s just as good as it sounds. Smoky and just the right amount of pepper. I fell in love with it after my trip to the Tillamook Cheese Factory this summer and  it has become one of my new favorite snacking cheeses. It is great by itself, on some crackers and especially on this bread.

The bread is super easy and doesn’t take long at all to make but it does take about 40 minutes to roast the garlic so if you are making this for a dinner side dish plan accordingly. Also, if you are having a party, or just really want to get your cheese bread on, the recipe can double really easily. Score!

Disclosure: After my trip to Tillamook I was sent a package of products of my choice, including the Smoked Black Pepper White Cheddar Cheese. I was not compensated for this post and all opinions are my own.
