CHICKEN SALT PEPPER VINEGAR SOY SAUCE ONION GARLIC WATER BAY LEAVES

Step 1

Season chicken with salt and pepper. 

Step 2

Brown in Instant Pot.

Step 3

Return chicken to the pot and add remaining ingredients. 

Step 4

Cook on high pressure for 9 minutes then do a manual release. Simmer for 15 minutes to thicken sauce. 

Step 5

Serve over rice.
