Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Whip softened cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Fold in shredded cheddar, green onions, worcestershire, granulated garlic and pepper. Mix well. Season to taste with salt. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up to make it easier to handle.

  3. Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans to coat. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.

  4. When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator 15 - 20 minutes so it is eaasier to spread.
