I am SO ready to grill all the things. What about you? There is something about summer that just screams grill. Probably because it’s far too hot to be cooking inside. However, in the spirit of honesty, here in the Pacific Northwest we’ve been known to grill in the rain and snow so I’m actually always ready to grill all the things.
But when it comes to the grill a lot of people tend to limit themselves to burgers and dogs but I am here today to tell you that pork chops are absolutely FANTASTIC on the grill too. And this Grilled Pork Chops Recipe, with only 3 ingredients is so easy and so delicious, you’ll be making it on repeat.

For a long time, pork was considered done when it reached 160. In the last few years however, the recommended temperature has changed. Grilled Pork Chops are cooked when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees. They will have a blush of pink to them.
One of the reasons my family loves these so much is because they are so easy to make.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and use within 3 days. You can reheat in a warm oven, on the grill or a quick zap in the microwave. Keep in mind that they might be a bit tougher after reheating.
