Nutella Rollo Blondies are the perfect bar for chocolate, hazelnut & caramel lovers. Traditional blondies with a center of nutella and chopped rolos candies.

Oh man guys have I got a recipe for you today! These Nutella Rolo Blondies are chewy, decadent and an absolute must if you love chocolate, caramel and nutella.

I’m not gonna lie, these Nutella Rolo Blondies are pretty amazing. Thanks to the layer of nutella and rolo candies sandwiched between two blondie layers, these bars are fudgy, chewy and full of chocolate and caramel goodness. You’re going to love them.

Let’s talk about what you’ll need to make them.

Nutella Rolo Blondies Ingredients:

You’ll need all of the usual suspects when making these: Flour, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, salt and butter. Where this differs from a traditional blondie recipe is the addition of Nutella and Rolos.

Nutella Rolo Blondie Ingredients

NUTELLA: A chocolate hazelnut spread. You don’t have to use the Nutella brand.  I’ve used both Nutella and the store brand for this recipe and they were both equally as good.

ROLO CANDIES: It is best to chop these into halves to make the bars easier to eat.

CARAMEL: This is optional but I like to drizzle it over the top of the finished blondies.

Step by Step Photos and Instructions:

If you’ve ever made brownies before, you’ll have no issues making these blondies! They are so easy to make and can be made in one bowl.

STEP #1: Whisk together melted butter and brown sugar. Once smooth add in egg and vanilla. Then mix in flour and salt.

STEP #2: Press half of the mixture into a prepared 8×8 pan. Spread a layer of Nutella over the top and then sprinkle the chopped rolo candies over the top. Then spread remaining blondie batter over the top.

STEP #3: Bake in preheated oven for 25 – 35 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature, slice, drizzle with caramel and serve.

Just look at them, guys! The perfect, gooey chewy layers. My entire family adored these. I found myself snacking on them with my afternoon coffee and my kiddos loved having them in their lunch. Make them, you’ll see!

Storage and Leftovers:

Store these at room temperature in an air tight container. They will be freshest tasting for about 3 days. If they start to get a bit too hard or crumbly, pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds or so.
