Oh chicken, you are my favorite inexpensive, easy to prepare, easy to love, and boring ingredient. Wait boring? That doesn’t seem right. But the truth is, chicken is so inexpensive and easy to prepare that it is often the go-to meal when there is nothing else to make. It is so easy to sprinkle a few seasonings on it pop it in the oven or toss it in a frying pan, cook it for a few minutes and eat. While there is nothing wrong with doing this from time to time, after awhile it gets boring. It is because of this that I decided to put together a collection of my favorite go to chicken recipes to show you that you can actually do quite a lot with this versatile ingredient.
