White Chocolate Popcorn Mix is an easy, festive treat! Popcorn, m&ms, pretzels and sprinkles drizzled with melted white chocolate.

Brace yourself friends, this stuff is addicting. Really addicting. Like I need to, have to, must stop but I. Just. Can’t. Kind of addicting.

And the wonderful thing about it (or not so wonderful if you want to prevent yourself from eating the whole batch) is that it is beyond easy to make. We’re talking pop the popcorn, mix it with the other goodies, toss ’em all with white chocolate, let it harden a few minutes and BAM! Done. And ready for your snacking pleasure.

What ingredients do you need to make White Chocolate Popcorn Mix?

One of the best things about this popcorn mix is that it can be switched up and modified to whatever your tastes are. The only things that should stay the same are the white chocolate and the popcorn. Anything else is fair game!

Overhead photo of ingredients needed to make white chocolate popcorn.

POPCORN KERNELS: You can use whatever kind of popcorn that you like: white, yellow, purple. Whatever you’ve got on hand. I like to pop mine in an air popper because it’s super easy but pop it whichever way works best for you.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS: You could also use white a white chocolate bar or melting wafers.

PRETZEL STICKS: These add a touch of saltiness to the mix that pairs perfectly with the sweet chocolate and m&ms.

M&Ms: Use whichever flavor or color combo that you want. Whatever is in season or classic m&ms.

SPRINKLES: Like the m&ms, switch these out to whatever festive sprinkles you like. I love these colorful Easter sprinkles, they are just so pretty! But Christmas, Valentines, 4th of July or Halloween sprinkles would also be perfect!

Guys, it could really not be easier to make.

STEP #1: Pop the popcorn. Like I said above, I like to use an air popper to pop the popcorn because it is quick and easy. If you don’t have one a stove and pot will work just fine!

STEP #2: Melt the white chocolate in 30 second increments in the microwave. Stir until smooth.

STEP #3: In a large bowl (big enough to mix everything in) combine the popcorn, m&ms, pretzels, sprinkles and salt.

STEP #4: Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top of the popcorn mix.

Drizzling white chocolate.

STEP #5: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mixture over the parchment. Sprinkle with more salt and allow to harden. About 10 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.

This popcorn is best when eaten the day off. If you have any leftovers store it in a resealable plastic bag to keep it fresh. The popcorn will start to get soft as soon as the next day. But don’t worry.

If my kiddos and husband are any indication, it won’t last that long in your house either.
