A creamy, decadent Pumpkin Pie Martini that is perfect for fall celebrations. This cocktail made with real pumpkin is a must make for all of your holidays!
When it comes to planning your Thanksgiving menu or any festive Fall celebration, you’ve got to plan your drinks too! Sure wine is great and hot apple cider. But sometimes you just need a decadent cocktail that is basically dessert in a glass.

That is what I’ve got for you today! This Pumpkin Pie Martini is the perfect festive cocktail for all of your Holiday celebrations!
What ingredients do you need:

Vanilla Vodka: This should be pretty easy to find. Stoli Vanil is a favorite of mine.
Cream Liqueur: Bailey’s works great. As does Amarula or Rumchata.
Half and Half
Pumpkin Puree: A lot of pumpkin martini recipes use pumpkin flavored liqueur. But this recipe uses the real deal. It adds to the creamy texture of the finished cocktail.
Pumpkin Pie Spice: To give the drink the warm spice notes of pumpkin pie.
Maple Syrup: Used for sweetness and to help the graham cracker crumbs stick to the rim of the glass.
Graham Cracker Crumbs: Think of these as the “crust” in the pumpkin pie martini.
How do you make a pumpkin pie martini?
Easy, peasy!
STEP #1 First, dip the rim of the martini glass into maple syrup.

STEP #2: After you dip the rim of the martini glass in the maple syrup, dip it into the graham cracker crumbs. Twist it a bit to really coat the rim of the glass.

STEP. #3: Put ice, vanilla vodka, Irish cream, half and half, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until cocktail is mixed and chilled. Pour it into the prepared glass. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, if desired. Serve.

Sonia, thank you for catching that! I made the change. The original recipe I developed used a cinnamon and sugar rim and I changed it when I updated the recipe but apparently forgot to change the instructions. Thank you!!
This recipe needs a bit of correcting. The maple syrup and graham cracker crumbs are the first two ingredients but not called for in the recipe. I assumed they would be used for the rim of the glass and the photo appears that is is but the directions state to use cinnamon sugar on the rim.
They are stemless martini glasses! I believe I bought the set for my husband at Total Wine a couple years of ago. I’ve seen them at Target and Crate and Barrel as well :)
